client's experience will vary considerably. As with anything
else in life, you get out of it, what you put into it. When
you have your first conversation with John, you'll discuss
which type of life coaching
plan will work best for your specific goals. The average
length of time needed to reach high levels of life success
range from three to six months.
Once the coaching sessions begin, you will
be asked to present all of your ideas and goals. When you're
participating in coaching-by-phone, you'll be asked to fax
or mail a copy of these thoughts (and fun assessments) in
advance so they may be reviewed, analyzed, and discussed
with you during your session. In brief, we will design a
plan to bring you what you want in the shortest period of
time while completely enjoying the process. That actually
sounds like fun, doesn't it?

In-person life strategies coaching sessions will be done
in much the same way, except the coaching is done face-to-face
in a quiet one-on-one setting.
NOTE:
In each coaching session, the client chooses the focus of
the conversation.
Ongoing sessions build on the progress that will be made from the one preceding. You will be given specific self-improving tasks to complete prior to the next session. Clients will send e-mail messages between sessions to report on items of accountability, forward journal entries, and "homework" items.
